Welcome to Georgia Simple Wills, hosted by Woodstock attorney Karen Sacandy. 

My goal is to provide Georgians with an attorney-drafted simple will at low cost.  My office is in the Phil Wood Insurance Building, across from the entrance to the Dixie Speedway.

The price of a Simple Will is $99.00.

Each simple will for married individuals provides that at death all property goes from one spouse to the other, and upon the death of the surviving spouse, all goes to the children, share and share alike.  If there are minor children, a guardian is named for them.

Each simple will includes execution of the will at my office, with 3 witnesses. 

The process is simple: 

Contact my office at (770) 928-1896 and make an appointment to obtain the Simple Will information form.

When you come in, I'll explain the form which you will take home to fill out.  At this first appointment, I require payment for the services.

After you fill it out, you drop off the completed form to my office, or fax or email it.

After I draft the will, if you use email, I will email you a draft of the will.  After you approve the draft, I will set a time for execution of the will with the necessary witnesses at my office. 

I've talked with many folks who have wanted a will, but for many different reasons, never got one.  This is a way to have a will that accomplishes the most important functions of a will, with minimal expense.
